Jim Kieffer, CEO & VP of Interactive Media
With more than 10 years of experience in online marketing, consulting and interactive design solutions, Jim brings clients a realistic, effective approach to online business solutions, both in application development and web 2.0 marketing-growth strategies. Jim is known for his creative sense and ability to combine Internet business strategy with brand management expertise to ensure the creation of consistent, powerful Internet experiences relevant to the target audience.
Prior to Brightegg, Inc., Jim worked at United Parcel Service (UPS), The Hartford Financial Services Group and Nerac, Inc. As Director of Marketing at Nerac, Jim helped increase company revenues 50+ percent from 1998 to 2005. He was also instrumental in Nerac's five straight repeat appearances in Connecticut's Fastest Growing Technology Companies in the Deloitte Fast 50 Program.
Leo Pellerin, COO
With over 20 years of technology experience and over 10 years of Internet development experience Leo ensures that the right technology is used to create and maintain your website. Leo has a knack for making the process of creating your website a very pleasant experience. He also ensures that any site transitions occur without a hitch. Over the years Leo has set up and transitioned hundreds of websites, from single page sites to sites with more than 10,000 pages.
Prior to Brightegg Leo held web developer and technology management positions at the The Hartford Services Group, Structured Technology Corporation and Nerac. He has extensive experience with web development, server deployment, and network architecture. At Nerac, Leo has built a 500 node network with over 40 servers and 250 users.
Ryan Rose, CTO
Ryan develops custom applications tailored to address client needs, focusing on user experience.
He has created a variety of enterprise-level web and multimedia applications including content management systems, live chat forums and dynamic user interfaces. These applications enable and promote interaction between the web user and the web server, seamlessly integrating client backend systems and databases with standard technologies.
Prior to Brightegg, Ryan held web design and development positions at MarginPoint, PhaseOne Marketing and Design and Nerac with responsibilities including designing, building and testing web sites, custom applications and databases.
